NEW PRODUCTS

Brand-new products, unused and unopened.
They come in their original sealed packaging and include the full official manufacturer’s warranty.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

Refurbished products are items that have been returned within the return period or used occasionally as display/demo units.

Some units may:

• Have opened or slightly damaged packaging
• Be repackaged in replacement packaging
• Show minor cosmetic imperfections (depending on grade)

All refurbished products:

• Have been fully tested and checked by professionals
• Are in perfect working condition
• Include the official brand warranty

To make your purchase easier, we classify them according to their cosmetic condition:

A+ / Perfect

Products in flawless condition.
The original packaging may have been opened or replaced, but the product itself is in perfect condition.

A / As New

Products in perfect, like-new condition.
Packaging may have been opened, slightly damaged, or replaced.

B / Very Good

Products in very good condition.
They may show slight cosmetic imperfections but work perfectly.
Packaging may be opened or slightly damaged.

C / Good

Products in good condition with visible aesthetic imperfections.
They function perfectly.
Packaging may be opened or damaged.

D / Correct

Products in acceptable condition.
They may have cosmetic imperfections or be missing a non-essential accessory.
They are fully functional.
Packaging may be opened or damaged.
