At MTN Clima, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process in line with EU consumer protection laws.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) before the 14-day period expires.

• Once approved, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

• Products that have been installed, customized, or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

⚠️ Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, consumables such as filters, refrigerants, or parts may not be returned once opened unless defective.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

• Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue.

• We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

• Return shipping for faulty/damaged items will be covered by MTN Clima.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• For voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• For defective or incorrect items sent by us, MTN Clima will cover all shipping expenses.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

• If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value.
